A highly significant and far too often overlooked factor in the success of any business working internationally (internally or externally) is appropriate cultural communication.
CuCo’s newest client, Richard Lewis Communications (RLC) have been leaders in the field of professional cross-cultural communication and competence for decades. Having trained business executives from across 60 countries and from the likes of Unilever, Siemens and Allianz, we were absolutely delighted when they selected CuCo as their new marketing agency!
From the moment they came onboard, CuCo’s relationship with RLC has gone from strength to strength. Projects so far have included a complete re-brand and also an entire website design and build for the Riversdown Languages arm of their organisation.
There is always an incredible buzz in the studio when we are asked to do a branding project because it enables us to truly get our teeth stuck in creatively. The brand identity we delivered is contemporary, fresh and works for both Riversdown and RLC itself. An abstract globe is created through two persons in green and blue interacting with each other, confidently forming a connection.
By creating a WordPress, bi-lingual website it can be used by anyone all over the world, allowing the expansion of the company to continue. The website quickly communicates what RLC offer and now uses a bespoke, complex booking form developed by our Head of Digital. This allows the user to book specific courses more efficiently.
Because RLC was so happy with the quality and fast turn around of our work, CuCo have since been asked to develop their cross cultural website. We are ecstatic to have created such a strong relationship with an international brand, and are very much enjoying working with them going forward.
