Each year in late November, CuCo run Black Friday campaigns for a number of our retail clients, including much-loved British Heritage brand, Kent Brushes.
This year, CuCo were again responsible for the execution of the retailer’s Black Friday Campaign, developing the digital strategy, creative style and key messages. For 2017, Kent Brushes offered their customers a whopping 33% off their entire range, PLUS free delivery to the UK mainland!
Our campaign was executed across various Kent Brushes digital channels, including the Magento website, all three of their social media channels, email campaigns throughout the weekend and more. We created a discount code which was active for a set four day period throughout the entire weekend.
From 12:01am on Friday 24th November 2017 to 11:59pm on Monday 27th November 2017, Kent Brushes achieved a phenomenal 47% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year – an all time record!
Throughout the entire four day event including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, CuCo were responsible for advertising the Black Friday deals. Whether it was through digital banners, email banners, creative bold visuals, and product discount announcement posts we made sure everyone knew they could receive an amazing discount of one third off their orders. We continued to utilise Kent Brushes social media accounts throughout the weekend and used these platforms to interact with our customers, promoted multiple products, and we can see through analytics that the products we advertised on social media did particularly well with regards to revenue results.
