The sustainable salon towel brand Scrummi approached CuCo early this year to rebrand their business and work alongside them on some exciting packaging and marketing projects to increase exposure and sales.

Since then, CuCo have launched the new brand look and tone of voice for the sustainable brand and created some stunning sample boxes for the client.

As part of the brand overhaul, CuCo guided the client to introduce a whole new visual look and on the strength of this recommendation we were instructed to art direct a series of product and lifestyle imagery using photography and videography for the brand to show off the exciting products and the new brand look in a salon environment.

The first photoshoot took place at Salon 64, a leading contemporary London-based hair salon, owned by celebrity hairdresser and passionate Scrummi advocate, Ricky Walters.

Our Creative Director Christian worked hand in hand with our agency photographer and a London-based videographer in order to execute the desired tone of voice CuCo created for the brand – dark and moody with strong highlights on the focal point, ensuring we communicate the Scrummi brand personality at all times.

Under the creative direction of Christian, the photographer created some stunning new brand photography for our client that portrays the brand’s personality perfectly and shows off the beautiful new packaging in the best possible way.

The end result was breathtaking with some striking impactful imagery and  the client couldn’t have been more pleased. The new photography and videography will be used across various on and offline marketing materials, including the new Scrummi brochure.
