CuCo are pleased to announce that we have been selected to enter into a marketing partnership with Courtney-Thorne, the UK’s leading provider of wireless call systems.
From their beginnings as a family-run business, Courtney-Thorne have evolved into an innovative technology company, designing and manufacturing alarm technology systems for over 40 years. Today, the company’s client base ranges all the way from individual private care homes to multi-national care home groups and NHS trusts. The business is on an upward trajectory and need a strong brand and powerful marketing strategy to reflect this.
Courtney-Thorne embodies a company who cares about, and believes in, not only the power of their products and services, but also the value of their people. This is one of the many reasons we were so delighted to win their business following an extremely competitive proposal process. The company reviewed pitches from several strong agencies but in the end were unanimous in selecting CuCo, with the feedback being that our Proposal was engaging, challenging and massively stood out from the rest. Jump forward to today and we are now their sole marketing agency.
We are starting our journey together by re-addressing their identity. Courtney-Thorne are an innovative healthcare technology provider, but also a company that offer a personal service and this needs to be reflected in the companies branding, ensuring the team, customers and suppliers all embrace the new identity.
To really start to understand our new client, CuCo organised a day of focused brand workshops, involving a wide spread of the participants, across different departments and at all levels in the organisation. The team were fantastic and the workshops were incredibly valuable in terms of providing us with understanding, insight and inspiration. It was also important to us that every person’s insights into the company were listened to and acknowledged. When working with a new client, understanding the culture, ethos and values of that company is paramount to us here at CuCo, as it is that understanding which helps us to effectively and efficiently deliver the perfect service to achieve each company’s individual goals.
