This is how CuCo’s Digital team predict things unfolding this year…

#1 2016 will be the year where the customer experience (CX) begins to replace the product as the main value of a business.

#2 Therefore, digital strategists will channel most of their time, energy and budgets into:

• Targeting and personalisation

• Content optimisation

• Social media engagement

• & Multichannel campaign management

#3 This will lead to an increased interest in data. Essentially, making use of available analytics tools to interpret what is working for your customers and what is not, will allow marketers to better understand their customer needs and interests this year.

      “Customer experience” is the most important element in a business which is needed to be taken care of to be successful. From my personal experience i would suggest, before directly getting into arena it’s better to do some warm up by doing some market research which has become easier with the development of different analytic tools. Social media engagement, which has become the basic platform to bring business to the company. The power of social media is still not fully unleashed, the day business start doing the optimum utilization of this asset then there would be a huge competition all over the web. If we integrate all the things together and leverage the resources, we can surely uplift the business of the company.
