Intelligent internal communications campaign for global credit experts

The Brief

Experian are the world’s leading global information services company. They help businesses manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision making. They also help individuals to check their credit report and score, and protect against identity theft. Experian are a constituent of the FTSE 100 index.

The global credit information experts needed a creative and effective way to communicate and engage with its 17,000+ employees worldwide. The challenge was to make the communications fun and involving, but also keep them on-brand, consistent and professional.

The Solution

CuCo responded by developing a creative communications campaign and internal sub-brand for the business called 'Spotlight On...,' a campaign which is now rolled out to all Experian employees across 37 different countries and on a monthly basis. CuCo have also worked on a number of other internal communications campaigns for Experian, including the development of the sub-brand 'The Future of Information', web banners, as well as illustrated e-cards which are all designed to promote cross-department communication and a heathy corporate culture inside Experian. We have also developed a group of promotional posters to advertise a series of internal 'Our Story' videos, created to inspire and empower Experian's employees.


Our internal campaigns for Experian have been incredibly well received globally. Employee self-reported sense of brand understanding and loyalty have increased, and departments are noticing richer conversations and relationships between the 37 countries.
