In the run-up to the next election there is a high chance we may end up with a hung parliament, yet this is a subject that nobody has wanted to talk about – until now. A group of influential figures has set up Charter 2010 and wants a website created as a platform to stimulate debate and urge people to contact their parliamentary candidates to ask them how they would handle such an outcome.
