In this series of public health adverts called ‘Tabaconomia’, online visitors are challenged to consider the impact of their smoking habit on the economy. The site, tabaconomia.com.br, allows people to calculate how much money they spend on cigarettes per year and then what that would buy them instead. For example: if you smoked two packs a day over the last ten years, you could have bought a car.
