Audrey II

The return of talking plants in this Teleflora ad, for the floral delivery and brokering service – it presents its bouquet approach in contrast to ‘flowers in a box’.

A worker has flowers delivered to her in a box, once she opens the box she discovers a bunch of flowers with a nasty mouth which ruins the Valentine’s Day gesture. There is then the cheesy corporate message at the end, but overall I like the concept.

It was produced inhouse at Teleflora by The Fire Station

A grand day out – take two

After the successful design of a new membership card for a local manor house and gardens, CuCo has won the whole contract. Initially we will need to update the attraction’s identity and apply it across all literature to achieve brand uniformity. We will then take this new identity and apply it to the 2009 promotional DL leaflet. (Brand Design & Graphic Design for print)

Eco or not?

Just because you choose an eco-product doesn’t mean that the production process is any more eco-friendy. This tv spot for WWF challenges the suggestion that using energy efficient light bulbs will solve energy-related environmental issues. They use the colour red to highlight the materials along their production process shot using the animation of miniatures.

Naughty Lego

Not only can your kids play with lego these press ads suggest that Lego is also a toy for men. Based on a series of photos by ean Yves Lemoigne’s, these five print advertisements show pixelated women in scant or no clothing, supposedly made of Lego pieces. I have to say these made me lol.
